Minimum term with Rage Web Design on a monthly “pay as you grow” website service is two years.
Monthly fees are set for two years and can be reviewed at the end of two years. Excessive demands on the service i.e. more than 2hrs a month per month for more than 3 months would then be subject to a review of the monthly fee or a request to the customer to spread the workload out more or make a one off fee to cover an excessively busy month.
Rage Web Design are not responsible for any claims made by you the customer on your website.
Rage Web Design reserve the write to refuse any enquiry for a new site to be set up.
Rage Web Design reserve the right to not publish content it deems unfit for the website.
Rage Web Design build w3c compliant websites. Amongst other things this means that our websites are compatible in all browsers and any browsers designed for customers with special needs or disabilities.
Rage Web Design do not claim to get any website to number one in any search engine and only encourages best practices from the customer and its own design styles to enhance search engine performance.
Should you no longer require the services of Rage Web Design you will receive all your text and content back on a disk for you to construct on another server.
Rage Web Design backup your website and its content and deem themselves responsible for the safety of such files.
